Description
Wrapped PTFE Lined Plain Bushes:These bushes are suitable for dry-running, low-friction, and low-wear applications. Our range of WMU bushes have excellent sliding characteristics, forming a transfer film that can protect the mating metal surface. These PTFE bushes are made up of a lead-free polymer fibre mixture which forms an initial transfer film, creating an oxide-type solid lubricant on the bearing surface. Sintered bronze powder enhances thermal conductivity and acts as a reservoir for the PTFE mixture, whilst the steel backing ensures high load capacity and efficient heat dissipation. The copper/tin plating adds excellent corrosion resistance, making these wrapped bearings versatile and durable for various applications.
Benefits: Self lubricating, corrosion resistant, chemical resistant
