FB Stainless Steel Series Maintenance Required Female Rod Ends: The stainless steel FB series are a standard range of maintenance required general purpose female rod ends suitable for medium heavy industrial/mechanical load applications requiring low friction and good wear resistance, available in both metric and imperial bore and thread sizes. Temperature range -34c to +149c Benefits: Low friction, extended wear life Note: These bearings will eventually corrode in a marine environment and it is recommended to completely cover with grease or similar protection where practical. Due to the material requirements of these bearings to have a hard-wearing construction, they will be made of a harder form of Stainless Steel, such as 440 or similar, which will be attracted by magnets. Quotations for non-magnetic versions are available upon request. |
